We have been working hard on a few upcoming projects for the new year, and starting to picking out finishes. During the process we have found some great tile options and can’t help but share.

Slate Tile//
It is nice to break up different flooring options through out a home. One of our favorite things is using tile in the smaller areas of a home, like in this mudroom. Slate tile is always a great option to add contrast into a space. We especially love it in a herringbone pattern.

Subway Tile//
You can never go wrong with a nice white subway tile. When choosing tile we like to choose classic options, tile that will stay in style for a long time. Subway tile has been around for ages and it still looks incredible! You can find some great inexpensive options at your local home improvement store.

Cement Tile//
We know it can be a bit of nerve racking using such bold patterns, so we usually suggest using cement tiles in small areas (bathrooms, mudrooms, and laundry rooms). This way the pattern won’t have to compete with multiple elements in a room. This is a great way to add pattern into a bathroom.
